On October 27th, in the Episcopal Palace of Reggio Emilia, during a private ceremony, H.E. Reverend Mons. Giacomo Morandi, Archbishop of the Diocese of Reggio Emilia-Guastalla, received the diploma of Ecclesiastical Knight Grand Cross of Grace from the hands of the Delegate for Emilia-Romagna, Count Gian Luca Mattioli Belmonte Cima. Also present were the Knight Officer of Merit Pietro Coppelli, the Secretary General of the Office of the Grand Prior, Mons. Arnaldo Morandi, the Vice Prior for Emilia, Ecclesiastical Knight Officer of Grace Reverend Priest Stefano Antonelli, Knight Grand Cross of Merit Ilario Pagani, Representative of Modena and Reggio Emilia, and finally Ecclesiastical Knight of Grace Reverend Priest Marcello Mantellini of the Diocese of Reggio Emilia. During the homily given during the votive Mass of Saint George, the Archbishop emphasized the importance of the spiritual battle that every Christian must face in their life of faith. Citing a passage from the Letter to the Ephesians, he especially urged the Knights of the Order to put on the armor of God, equipping themselves with the virtues and spiritual tools necessary to counter the forces of evil. The components of this armor – said the Archbishop – are the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Monsignor Giacomo Morandi expressed his gratitude for the high honor bestowed upon him, as well as his satisfaction at having become part of the Constantinian Order of Saint George, welcomed as one of the family. At the conclusion of the diploma ceremony, Mons. Arnaldo Morandi presented Archbishop Giacomo with a medal commemorating the centenary of the death of Blessed Charles of Habsburg, while Don Marcello presented him with his pectoral cross, expressing special thanks to Pietro Coppelli, those present, H.E. Mons. Gianni Ambrosio, and Cardinal Marcello Semeraro, for giving him the opportunity to deepen his spiritual and affectionate bond with his Bishop through the Order. Don Marcello also recalled that the investiture of Mons. Giacomo Morandi took place on the 1700th anniversary of the Council of Nicaea, convened by Constantine, which gave rise to the Creed that allows Christians to recognize themselves in a common symbol of faith, of which the Bishop is the great guarantor as the successor of the Apostles. The group of Knights then visited the prestigious Bishop’s Palace, appreciating the rich and precious collection of high-quality liturgical silverware housed in the “Coccapani Chapel” of the episcopal complex.

On Tuesday, November 25, at the Governor’s Palace in Parma, on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Gender Violence, a meeting was held. The meeting was organized by Doctor Barbara Rainieri, psychologist and psychotherapist, and by the Knight of Merit Massimo Franchi, representing the Parma area. The event was sponsored by the Municipality of Parma, the Order of Psychologists of Emilia Romagna, the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George, the associations “Assoliaison”, the ANMI Parma Section, the UNUCI Parma Section, AssoArma Parma, the Union of OMRI Medallists of Parma, AGAMO, FMS, and Overfly. Following the official greetings from Parma’s Vice Mayor, Attorney Lorenzo Lavagetto, presentations were given by Dr. Barbara Rainieri and martial arts instructor Andrea Bisaschi. In particular, Dr. Rainieri explained in detail and clearly what trauma is—a biological, emotional, and relational response that remains in the body and in the nervous system. She offered the audience a pair of practical exercises, one involving body awareness and one grounding. Finally, Dr. Rainieri explained why healing from trauma is a political act, as violence arises from relationships of power, and trauma is not only individual, but also cultural and social. The specialist emphasized both the importance of speaking up to break the silence, which helps overcome shame, and the act of self-care. Andrea Bisaschi, an expert in safety and self-defense, then advised the audience on the correct methods to prevent acts of physical violence. The organizers extend their heartfelt thanks to all participants and to the organizations that sponsored the event.

Ferrara, Sunday, December 7th, 2025 – In anticipation of Christmas and in response to the needs expressed, the Representative Office made a donation to the voluntary association “Servizio Accoglienza alla Vita” – SAV of Ferrara, which works to assist and help mothers and families in difficulty. During last October’s donation, the volunteers expressed the need for Christmas sweets to be distributed to families during the holidays, given the difficulty in obtaining them during this particular period. Therefore, the Knights Matteo Zaganelli, Antonio Ombra, and Davide Zamboni, together with volunteer Mr.Valentino Biocco, in coordination with the Representative Ecclesiastical Knight Officer of Grace Reverend Priest Davide Benini, delivered what they had personally purchased and what they had received from their benefactors: 120 pandoro and panettone cakes, various sweets, and Christmas pastries. In addition, clothing, shoes, and other children’s accessories were donated, as well as, as in the past, furnishings for the SAV family home. The delivery was attended by SAV President Mrs. Monica Negrini, whom we always thank for her association’s constant collaboration with the Representative and for the opportunity to tangibly help those in need during the upcoming holidays, and by the ever-present volunteer, Mrs. Lilli Gabellini.

On Tuesday, December 9th, 2025, at the “Bruno Bolognesi” Barracks in Ferrara, approximately 350 items of clothing bearing fake designer labels from well-known brands were delivered to the delegation. These items had previously been seized by the Ferrara Financial Police Group during a series of operations aimed at fighting the illegal trade in counterfeit goods. Present for the delivery of the goods were Lt. Col. Domenico Oliveto, Knight Officer of Merit Pietro Coppelli, and Ecclesiastical Knight Officer of Grace Reverend Priest Davide Benini, respectively the former as Group Commander and the latter as Deputy Delegate and Vice Prior for the Constantinian Order in Emilia-Romagna. They were later joined by other financial officers and knights of the constantinian order who participated in such activity. The garments, stripped of their counterfeit labels thanks to the generous work of the finance police, will then be delivered by the delegation to families in need, as a charitable gesture in the run-up to Christmas and in consideration of the winter season. Following the conclusion of the trial against those responsible for the counterfeiting crime, the Court of Ferrara, having ascertained that the garments were in good condition and not harmful to health, accepted and endorsed the proposal of the Italian Financial Police “Fiamme Gialle”, to authorize their donation to the Constantinian Order for charitable purposes for subsequent distribution; so that the proceeds of the illicit activity—rather than being destroyed—can be distributed to the community as a sign of genuine solidarity and closeness to those experiencing hardship.
