On October 22nd, 2021 H.R.H. Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro and Grand Master and H.E. Prince Don Francesco Ruspoli, Grand Chancellor, received Admiral Nicola Carlone at the Chancellery. He was awarded the diploma and the decoration of Knight Grand Cross of Merit for his work as well as the close bond that links the Order with the Port Authority.
