His Excellency Monsignor Arrigo Miglio, Archbishop Emeritus of Cagliari and Prior of the Sardinian delegation, will be appointed Cardinal of the Holy Roman Church. This was announced by His Holiness Pope Francis at the end of Regina Caeli on Sunday, May 29, 2022; the consistory is scheduled for Saturday, August 27.
