A fruitful and cordial institutional meeting took place on the morning of 6 September 2026 between Stefano Tuzi Gallo, Deputy Delegate for the Marche region, and Attorney Manuela Caucci, Councillor for Social Policies of the Municipality of Ancona.
The discussion focused on several issues of mutual interest and opportunities for
cooperation aimed at promoting the well-being of the Ancona community. The meeting provided an important
opportunity to exchange views and lay the foundations for future social development initiatives and support
for the most vulnerable members of the local community.
During the discussion, the Deputy Delegate reaffirmed the Constantinian Order’s
continued willingness to work alongside the city’s institutions in charitable and social assistance activities,
in keeping with its spirit of service to others and its longstanding charitable mission.
The meeting marks a further step towards strengthening ties with representatives of local authorities
throughout the Marche region, with a view to coordinated and collaborative action for the benefit of the local community and its citizens.
On the morning of 17 September 2026, a cordial and fruitful institutional meeting took place between Stefano Tuzi Gallo, Deputy Delegate for the Marche region, and Moreno Pieroni, Mayor of Loreto.
During the meeting, the Deputy Delegate outlined to the Mayor the charitable objectives,
founding principles and various activities carried out by the Order in the local area
Mayor Pieroni expressed keen interest in and great appreciation for the work of the Delegation,
paying particular attention to the volunteer surveillance service provided at the Pontifical Residence.
In this regard, the Mayor assured the Deputy Delegate that he would liaise with the Municipal Police Command
to ensure appropriate support and effective coordination during
the service.

As a further sign of the practical cooperation established, the municipal administration also granted the vehicle used by the Order authorisation to enter the
Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) for purposes related to its institutional and service activities.
The meetings, held in an atmosphere of constructive understanding, laid a solid foundation for future joint initiatives between the Delegation and the municipal administration of Loreto.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Deputy Delegate, on behalf of the entire Marche and Umbria Delegation, presented Mayor Pieroni with an institutional paperweight bearing the Constantinian Order’s coat of arms.

On 7 October 2026, in an atmosphere of solemn emotion and great institutional significance, the Gold Medal of the Constantinian Order was awarded posthumously to Antonio Batani, the much-remembered proprietor of the Grand Hotel in Rimini and a prominent figure in the hospitality and business sectors.
The prestigious distinction was presented personally by Claudio Marciano di Scala, Delegate for the Marche and Umbria regions, to the deceased’s widow, Donna Luciana, during a moment of profound reflection and recognition of her late husband’s work and life.
The ceremony was attended by distinguished civil authorities and representatives of the Order, including the Prefect, Dr Giuseppina Cassone; the Deputy Prefect, Dr Giuseppe Puzzo; Count Grand Cross Professor Pierfelice degli Uberti; and Commander Attorney Sergio de Sio.
The honour expresses the Delegation’s gratitude for Antonio Batani’s exemplary commitment and for the human and professional values embodied throughout his life. His memory remains alive through the work of his family and the wider community.
