Padre Francesco, Pr\u00edncipe Ruspoli, Gran Canciller, S.E. el Embajador Umberto Vattani, Consejero de la Real Casa de Borb\u00f3n de las Dos Sicilias, y el Dr. Giampaolo Grazian, Secretario General.<br>Durante el encuentro, que tuvo lugar en el Sal\u00f3n de Honor, S.A.R. el Pr\u00edncipe Carlo de Borb\u00f3n de las Dos Sicilias, en calidad de Jefe de la Real Casa y Gran Maestro de las \u00d3rdenes Din\u00e1sticas, ha otorgado a S.A.E.
