Prince Charles of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, Duke of Castro, Head of the Royal House and Grand Master of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George expresses deep sorrow at the loss at 90 years of age of Very Rev. Fr. Regis Norbert Barwig, founder of the Community of Our Lady of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, USA,\u00a0 and Prior Emeritus of the American Delegation, who entered the Constantinian Order as an Ecclesiastical Knight Commander of Grace in <strong>1989<\/strong> and as Knight Grand Cross of the Royal Order of Francis I in <strong>2017<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/constantinianorder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Barwig2-836x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70861\" width=\"286\" height=\"350\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>H.R.H. the\nDuke of Castro wishes to honor his memory in light of his role as the\nspiritual, pastoral and human guide that Fr.
