Princesses Maria Carolina of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duchess of Calabria and Maria Chiara of Bourbon Two Sicilies, Duchess of Noto, by the Grand Prefect H.R.H. Princess Beatrice of Bourbon Two Sicilies; by the Grand Chancellor H.E. Prince Ruspoli and his wife, Princess Ruspoli; by the Secretary General Dr. Giampaolo Grazian; by the Counselor of the Royal House of Bourbon Two Sicilies H.E. Ambassador Umberto Vattani, by the Delegate of Rome and Latium, Marquis Giuseppe Ferrajoli and by the Vice Delegate of Rome and Latium, Esq. Gualtiero Ventura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, H.R.H. Prince Charles of Bourbon Two Sicilies, as Head of the Royal House and Grand Master of the Dynastic Orders, conferred on H.E. Fr\u00e0 John Timothy Dunlap the highest decoration of the Constantinian Order, the Collar, in the presence of the Grand Chancellor, H.E. Riccardo Patern\u00f2 di Montecupo, of the Grand Hospitaller Fra\u2019 Alessandro De Franciscis, of the Secretary General for Foreign Affairs of the Order of Malta, H.E. Ambassador Stefano Ronca, H.E. Count Antonio Zanardi Landi, Ambassador of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to the Holy See, H.S.H.
