Prince Don Lelio Niccol\u00f2 Orsini d&#8217;Aragona, were received by the Chief of Staff of COVI, Admiral  Pier Federico Bisconti, to whom Dr. Grazian sent the greetings of H.R.H. the Grand Master. Admiral of Squad M.M.
