The sociologist, who has a deep knowledge of Italian and\nFrench cultures and languages, guides the Embassy which is not only the first\never of Kosovo in Thailand (established one and a half year ago), but also in\nSouth East Asia, and plays a regional role with side accreditations to Brunei,\nMalaysia, Maldives and Singapore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kosovo is the second youngest country in the world,\ndeclaring its independence from Serbia on February 18th, 2008, and ruled by the\nInternational Court of Justice as a sovereign nation in 2010.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mrs. Ulpiana Lama, eager to know more about the values\nembraced by the Dynastic Orders of the Royal House of Bourbon Two Sicilies and\nthe personalities who have received Their decorations all over the world,\nappreciated the work in joining the community efforts in coping with the\neconomic, social and mental health effects of the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Acting Ambassador stressed the increasing importance of the ethical\ndecision-making in world affairs and expressed Her congratulations for the\ninclusion of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George in the\n\u201cUnited Nations -Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific\u201d\nstakeholders directory in an observer capacity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Delegation paid a courtesy call to Mrs. Ulpiana Lama, Minister Counselor and Charg\u00e9e d\u2019Affaires of the Republic of Kosovo to the Kingdom of Thailand.
