Thanks to the local Caritas, the donation allowed the distribution of essential goods, which are indispensable for meeting the daily needs of the tent city residents. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/constantinianorder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/seconda-foto-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"79224\" data-link=\"https:\/\/export.constantinianorder.net\/?attachment_id=79224\" class=\"wp-image-79224\"\/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/constantinianorder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/prima-foto-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"79228\" data-link=\"https:\/\/export.constantinianorder.net\/?attachment_id=79228\" class=\"wp-image-79228\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A small gesture of solidarity that is renewed: the Crotone representation responded to the appeal of the &#8220;Padre Pio&#8221; Soup Kitchen, a diocesan institution founded in 1997 by Monsignor Pancrazio Limina, dean of the city clergy, known to all Crotone citizens simply as <em>Don Ezio<\/em>. This place of charity offers a hot meal every day to a growing number of destitute people\u2014between 100 and 150 people, initially including migrants and the homeless, and now increasingly families affected by the crisis. It was visited by the Knights and Dames of the representation who donated approximately one hundred slices of lean meat, as well as legumes and other basic necessities. Knight of Merit Vito Michele De Caro and Knight of Grace Antonio Oliverio, the city representative of the delegation, actively participated in the delivery and preparation of the meals, alongside the kitchen volunteers. Knight of Grace Nicola Oliverio and Knight of Merit Alessandro Cuomo, who were unable to attend in person, also contributed to the donation. Monsignor Pancrazio Limina, who celebrated the fiftieth anniversary of his priestly ordination in 2023, renewed his appreciation for this and other solidarity initiatives promoted by the Order. Concurrently, at the Church of the Beata Vergine di Pompei, Monsignor Limina officiated the liturgical service during which, once again, he expressed words of thanks for the Christian spirit manifested not only through the Sacraments but also through these gestures of solidarity, which will certainly be repeated in the future.     <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An important gesture of solidarity was made by the Calabria Delegation which, on January 11, donated basic necessities to the migrants housed in the tent city of San Ferdinando, in the province of Reggio Calabria.
